About the artist…

Anna Maria Jankiewicz (born April 28, 1998, Poland) has lived in Catalonia, Spain, since the age of seven, and currently works in her studio in Girona. She graduated from the Higher School of Fine Arts in Barcelona and studied psychology at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Her work focuses on conveying strong emotions inspired by nature. She is interested in the human being in both emotional and spiritual dimensions, and in the relationship between the inner world of a person and the energy of nature. Her art is often shaped by psychological experiences and the inspirations she draws from her travels.

Anna Maria Jankiewicz (ur. 28 kwietnia 1998, Polska). Od 7. roku życia mieszka w Katalonii (Hiszpania), gdzie obecnie tworzy w swoim warsztacie w Gironie. Absolwentka Wyższej Szkoły Sztuk Pięknych w Barcelonie oraz psychologii na Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. W swojej twórczości koncentruje się na przekazie silnych emocji inspirowanych naturą. Interesuje ją człowiek w jego wymiarze emocjonalnym i duchowym oraz relacja między wewnętrznym światem człowieka a energią natury. Jej prace często wynikają z intuicji, doświadczeń psychologicznych oraz inspiracji płynących z podróży.
